Loading some 357 mag ammo tonight. Using A2400 with jacketed and self cast bullets. Dumping a tray of primers to put into Dillon tube I noticed some variations. Hopefully the picture shows my concerns.

Some primers are flattened on top and measure .107”. Others are conical on top and measure .112”. Measurements are of the cup only, avoided the anvil protuberance.

Odd thing I realize and haven’t noticed before. Other Win lots and other primers May exhibit the same variation. Just curious if this is normal and an issue others have found. If so what is the effect on accuracy?
