A friend showed me some old paper 3 inch 16 gauge shells made by peters ammunition company. Did any of the manufactures, what do you do,Parker Bros, LC Smith, Ithaca or Ansley fox make a 3 inch 16 gauge?

I have a 3-inch chambered Parker VHE 16ga. It been built as a pass-shooting duck gun, front trigger/right barrel XF, left barrel F.
When I checked online for how many were made, the response was "No Such Thing." Apparently I own a live fire breathing unicorn, and no one will believe me.
How were your friend's 3" hulls marked? Could you get a picture of them?

I am unable to post a pic of them, but I asked the same question on the Parker Gun Collectors site, and several of those gentlemen had 16s chambered in 3in., and a gentleman that goes by the online moniker of “Researcher” posted advertisement boxes of 3in. 16 gauge Peters ammunition. My friends were like the Peters Target shells

Major Askins wrote of a 3" 16 ga. in one of his books. He often shot Ithaca shotguns.
