I am planning to buy a 22-24" disc for cooking when I travel in my 5th wheel. From talking with friends that have them, I don't needs bunches of heat like a fish cooker. Needs to be smaller or take down compactly. Camp Chef single burner stove? What are some good options?

A cheap burner is a grease fitting / alemite / zerk / whatever you call them in your area.

Remove the spring and ball from the inside…

Add a deflector plate above it to spread the heat out…

I saw Carolina Cookers single burner stove using that burner. I'm leaning in that direction.

While I havent used something that large on it, I picked up one of the small coleman single burners to use outside. It's been wonderful.

The Academy multi function might be an option.

I found the combo deal at Academy. Got it all together. Going to test it out. May have to add a 24 inch disc. Going to try a few things and see how it goes. Looks like a better use of space in my 5th wheel than a Blackstone.

Worked fine afterwards. I don't know there's much "deluxe" about it. Pretty basic.

This is not cheap, and I only ever saw a video.
(On the campfire a few years ago, I think)
It's a darn nice portable setup.
