Who would be recommended to provide these services? Sako 85 Classic (Walnut)
I don't mind bedding remington 700s personally but I would like to have this rifle professionally bedded considering the untraditional recoil lug setup.

I own 2 85S rifles both shoot great with Mcmillan stocks. You have buy the lug kit that comes with the stainless synthetic and finnlight models.

See if you can get in touch with these guys. Looks they have created a custom pillar set up.

They are in the UK. I do like the solution of milling the "lug" recess in an oversized pillar though.

I might need to talk with some US machinists about this. Looks like a winner solution if milled right.

Is there anymore info on this I want to bed my varmint stainless but can’t find anything on it I’m in Australia if that helps thanks steve

Steve, I'd make a front pillar as shown in the video....that's going to be the foundation from which to start. -Al
