I owned one for a while. Well made and mine was accurate, but too large and heavy for what it was.
The problem, if it really is one, is that the makers couldn't decide if they wanted a repro No. 2 (a smaller action, which it should have been) or a No. 1 1/2, which is about the size of this one (too big for a 357 Mag). They also should have D&T'd the tang for an aperture sight.
They're not cheap and I got a good price for mine when I sold it in a local gun auction.

My "knowledge" of them is limited & specifically unhelpful for the rifle you provided a link to. Tippmann was known to me mainly because the Tippmann 98 was the de facto pneumatic rental at so many paintball parks for years. I owned one & I have a buddy who has four so we can shoot each other on holiday gatherings at his house. This was produced by the senior Tippmann's company. Later the two sons (Brad & Denny Jr?) started their own companies of Tippmann Ordnance with historical weapons and Tippman Arms for modern sporting rifles. All are based out of Fort Wayne, IN.

I did some prototype work for the Tippman Pneumatics paintball guns in 1987-88. I specifically made the tank valve and the gun's bolt, helped engineering with the design and development of these parts. Shot lots of paintballs out in the parking lot, Tippman sent an entire case of paintballs for testing purposes. One of Tippman's other products was a leather sewing machines.

Yep, Tippmann’s been around for a good while. When I was a kid, the rental marker of choice at almost every paintball field was the Tippmann Pro-Lite, back before the ‘98 really caught on.

But even before that, Tippmann made a name for themselves making miniaturized machine guns, including .22LR belt-fed M1917s, M1919s, and M2 machine guns, some of which were built before the ban in ‘86 and are true full auto. smile
