Nice rifle, now how will you cook these squirrels ? I’ve had them rolled in flour a fried and were very good! Alan These will be fried. Sometimes I’ll cover them in beef broth and cook them in the oven like a roast. Remove the meat from the bones and simmer in cream of mushroom. Then add the goodness on top of rice. Delicious!!
