Yep, a new twist, maybe...
Mine would be Varget, It has replaced my old favorite of IMR 3031. So far I'm impressed for what I use it for.

PAYPAL, sucks and I will never use them again. I recommend you do the same.

For everything except my varmint rifles, I could live very happily with H4831. Works great in everything from .243 up to .375 and everything in between.

This is EVIL!
Varget is my pick as it works across the board from .223 to .458win.
But I protest not being able to have a slow med and fast to optimize things more!
My 6.5X55 loves H-4350ext and my AR loves H-335 with 53gr bullets, but likes Varget better with the 60's.
No fair!
E4E

Make mine Re-15. It will fuel the force, from the 223 to my 375H&HAckley's. It is without reservation,my much favored propellant.....

One powder would probably require a pairing down of the # of rifles I have but how about a 4198. I have used more IMR but am now trying Hogdon. It will fuel my .223, .358 Win, 45-70, and my .458 Win Mag. Really the only one I can't seem to find data for is the '06. Sean

H4831SC. Works in most all my rifles, though the .223's would be a problem. Love the stuff though...........
Joe

Avon has a nice scent to it, although Mary Kay offers better coverage. Actually Revlon offers a sexier smell than Avon (on my wife anyway). If I had to pick one, it would have to be Cover girl. Wait a minute, you guys are talking GUN powder aren't you? Silly me, H4831 would suit me just fine [Linked Image]. Flinch

Would have to go with IMR 4064. Works with my .22-250, .257 Roberts, .30-06', and the grand old .375 H&H. Best, Matt.

Well, I've got (counted them today) 51 centerfire rifles. (Everything from the .223 to a .458 Ackley.) Not to mention a half dozen .22's, 18 pistols and 8 shotguns. So no one powder would do it for me. Impossible question to answer.

Reckon I'd have to go with IMR 4064 too, since I use more of it than anything else.
Compromise in some of the cartridges I load, but they don't seem to mind. It works superbly in 22-250s, 8x57 mauser, 32Spl.Win. and even my 222. If I could only have one powder though, I'd get rid of all of them so I could still use IMR 4831 in my trusty 25-06.

My one powder would be that new one out on the market W748H414IMR4064. That covers everything I load for in rifles. Now my pistol powder would be AA#2AA#5. Ya that about does it.--------Chainsaw
