Congrats, I live in Calif but my county has a "shall issue" Sheriff right now so about as good as we could ask for.

Congrats, I live in Calif but my county has a "shall issue" Sheriff right now so about as good as we could ask for. You should ask for more, but that's as good as I'd expect in California.

Congrats, I live in Calif but my county has a "shall issue" Sheriff right now so about as good as we could ask for. You should ask for more, but that's as good as I'd expect in California. I would say California is worse than NJ when it comes to stand your ground and castle doctrine. It wouldn't be surprising that CCW would be a tool to smear gun ownership.

California doesn't have stand your ground outside your home, but they do have it inside your home. You do not have to flee, and you haven't had to since the early '80's.
