Just an FYI in hopes of sparing anyone else the frustration: I ordered a set of simms waders during an online sale last month and used the sizing guide on their website The waders arrived and are too small. When I ordered there was no advisement saying there would be no returns or exchanges. When I contacted them for exchange, they refused to exchange for the proper size, saying they would only refund me so I could then buy the waders at full price. Apparently that's their rigid, inflexible policy in spite of the fact their website directed which size to get. Irregardless of product quality, life is too short to put up with garbage customer service.
