If I was to bet, I'd say Panthers in 6.

Florida is the better team, but with all the garbage goals, who knows…

I like the Panthers, they deserve to win a Cup, Paul Maurice especially has paid his dues lol, but gotta go with the local team.
I have a love/hate relationship with Skinner, just not sure about him.

Oilers - emotional/nostalgia pick

I knew they would take the first two and they will take another in EDM, I don't if it will be game 3 or 4 and then win it at home.

Sister got to town from AZ, missed the game last night. Not a Panther fan, but I kind of like the rat thing. Was sort of pulling for a Canuckistan team to win for a change but it's not looking like it.

That's what my son said, only the way he put it was, "the Avalanche need to get a goalie like Bobrovsky."

It's kind of looking that way. I'd like to see the Oilers win because I'm a McDavid fan. But other than that I don't care.

The Stanley Cup is won with great goaltending.
If Edmonton doesn't get better at this, they will not win.

EVERY NHL team needs to get a goalie like Bobby.

Especially the Sharks.

It will be the Panthers, and I hope in 5. but really in 7 only because I will go into HOCKEY withdrawals later and it will be a shorter time until I get my next fix in the fall.

Did any think the hit by Draisaitl on Barkov warranted a bit more than a major? I just checked the Dept of Player Safety and nothing on there about the League looking into it. Trouba at least got a fine for his elbow, and he was just reaching out with his as he missed his check. Leon left his feet to make sure he hit Barkov in the face. Last I checked, that gets a suspension of a game, more if he's been suspended for prior offenses.

I think the League is downplaying it so far, the retired ref's comments (Dave Jackson?) last night made it seem like he's covering for his homies and their huddle to make sure they got it right. Except they didn't.

The League will not want the refs looked at in a bad light for missing the call, they will say it's just a HOCKEY hit and it is the playoffs after all so the hits are bigger.

BS.......it was a dirty hit because he and his team were getting beat .....................again. Badly even, this time.

I'm rooting for the Panthers.
