Look at Indiana Jones digging up a 14 year old post. He's just one that is hypocritical. It would be a better place of challenging wasn't such an issue with the egomaniacs. WTF, exactly, is hypocritical about saying, knowing, something brand new from the factory sucks...making intelligent changes to it...then saying, knowing, it doesn't suck anymore? That's what defines a Rifle Looney, which most around here are, and you obviously, are not..... Can you be ANY MORE dense?? Wait, no, that wasn't a challenge........

Does that mean the quality of the steel is better than it was from before ? I'll give you a hint.... Conglomerates, Pre-64. HINT

I have been in the process of streamlining my handloading to a single "best" load for each cartridge. I now have a 6.5 Creedmoor and am looking for what would be the best bullet for that round? Plan to use for coyotes as well as some target and medium (deer size) game. The factory stuff I bought for brass was the Hornady 129 gr. Interlock and could certainly go with that but maybe a better choice? Don't really need a premium bullet. What weight for the CM? The other bullets mentioned will all work (likely better in some of the applications mentioned) but those 129 grain Hornadys will work just fine for what you want to do. I’ve used them in the 6.5x54 & 6.5X53R, 6.5X57, 260 Remington, 6.5X55 and 6.5 Grendel (typically use 120 grain Nosler BT in this one) and have worked on deer, coyotes, paper and metal out to 500 meters (silhouette competition).
