The other bullets mentioned will all work (likely better in some of the applications mentioned) but those 129 grain Hornadys will work just fine for what you want to do. I’ve used them in the 6.5x54 & 6.5X53R, 6.5X57, 260 Remington, 6.5X55 and 6.5 Grendel (typically use 120 grain Nosler BT in this one) and have worked on deer, coyotes, paper and metal out to 500 meters (silhouette competition).
