Saw on the ads that it was from the DSMFs. Specifically Chitcago and Houston.

Looks like Begich has it but is slightly below 50%. Not sure how ranked choice plays into it now. Not sure anyone does.

I was looking at districts and the villages went hard for Peltola but not necessarily for Harris.

I think Harris being Indian but pretending to be black had a lot to do with that.

KTVF in Fairbanks is reporting Begich at 52.2% and Peltola at 47.6%. That's with 75.9% of the votes reported in so far.

The question isn't who is going to let me; it's who is going to stop me.

Good. If we are above 50% the ranked choice BS doesn’t apply.

Congrats fellow Alaskans. We no longer need to be embarrassed with the exception of Lizza.

Say good bye to a bunch of fast food joints, restaurants, and such. Bumping the minimum wage up is going to kill them!

Is there a minimum number employees needed for that to apply? A biz with <10 is going to be hurt.

I am not sure. The title was enough for me to vote no.

I voted against it, but does anyone even work for minimum wage anymore? I paid a kid $15 an hour to clean my boat.

That will be the minimum wage in a couple years. By law, not anyones choice. Plus paid sick leave

I agree, but the kid very likely had skills and a work ethic... rare in today's work field entrants.
