As much as I dislike FJB and Mitch the bitch, I don't wish that dementia on anyone, no matter how good or bad they are. I watched my paternal Grandmother wither away mentally and later my wife with that crap before they passed. I also learned that my first wife had recently passed due to dementia. Nobody deserves that disease except maybe; fill in the blank (______________ )

Trump admin needs to implement an annual cognitive test for all members of congress. A real one. A cognitive test wouldnt be a bad idea. Unfortunately the Executive branch has no control over the Legislative branch. The whole Separation of Powers aspect to the Constitution.
