Depending on the situation/scene I may prefer to see Adele over Taylor. No comparison. Taylor wouldn’t make a pimple on Adele’s ass! Name one iconic Swift song. Swift is a good song writer and excellent entertainer along with being a hard worker and business woman. When Adele performs all she has to do is sing and it moves people including myself. I’m glad Adele stopped as to save her voice for new music possibly one day. Another favorite of mine is Lauren Daigle . You guys are missing some good music. YMMV.

A British working class daughter of a single mom. Phenomenal voice, more power to her. Her absentee father was Welsh, like Robert Plant. In the UK the Welsh have always had the reputation of being exceptionally good singers (ex. Zulu).
You could call her a Brit equivalent of Taylor Swift. Who do we find less obnoxious? That's right. I am Welsh and I have a great singing voice. Yes our talents were displayed in Zulu with Michael Caine, we sing while we shoot down the enemy. We are warriors and singers. Tom Jones is Welsh as is Bryn Terfel.
