Are the Ebooks kindle compatible? Per the link Rocky posted, Baggy Zero Four is pdf format and Mike Five Eight: Air War Over Cambodia is EPUB format. Those formats are listed as supported by Kindle readers according to this site: Supported Amazon Kindle eBook Formats: Your Guide

Thanks, Gringo. I had no control over the formats, unfortunately. In the time between publishing the two, they changed how they did it.

A quick search shows quite a few downloadable free eBook readers for Microsoft Windows, and lest I incur RockyRaab's wrath, apparently for Linux too Disclaimer: I didn't explore those any further than what turned up, so caveat emptor.

Great books Rocky! I'll pull my copies out to read again. I was thinking of you this month at a rimfire match. Someone was put putting along overhead in an O-1 or an O-2? twin boom Cessna? The slow motion flight of that drab green plane got all the Vietnam Vets at the match shaking their heads remembering the risks you guys took! Thank you Sir! Hope you're doing well!

Today is the last chance to get the discount on printed copies.
The FAC Association just held its final reunion and dissolved the organization. 200 Vietnam FACs in one place adds up to a helluva lot of war stories, I can tell you! I was the only one there who flew for MACV/SOG, and most had never heard of that highly secret organization. FACs were about 3% of the total pilots in 'Nam, but we took 18% of the casualties. By the end of the war, the slow FAC mission was becoming unsurvivable due to development of portable heat-seeking missiles. I can vouch for that. It was only through poor training that the guy who fired one at me missed.

Is the discount available for purchase through Amazon? That site requires payment using Paypal or Google Pay.

You CAN get them through Amazon, but you'll pay about double and wait a month. The reason is that they are printed as ordered - there's no stockpile of them. So Amazon has to order one, get it shipped to them, then they tack on their fees plus another shipping cost. And no discount.
