Any brand of Irish whiskey with a little ice or water--on the are occasions I drink a "cocktail" anymore. Have you tried Proper Twelve? Pretty damn good for the price.

I really don't have a go to. I enjoy an Old Fashioned, a Moscow Mule and a Martini. I am sipping a Mule as I type. If we are eating in a restaurant, lunch will be a Mule and Dinner will be an Old Fashioned. Gin or vodka martini? Olives?
