Yea, I can see that. Looks like your a well distinguished marksman. After you spend all that cash on your custom, the produce ruger american accuracy that's acceptable for factory ammo, i can see why someone like you would wanna brag about something like that. Hint...

Rem arms. 7 mag. 5R. Maybe put a trigger tech in it? Then you'll have something. Or you could just buy an 06 like i did and shoot circles around stick wad...... Simply shoot it all blah blah. Who gives af.

Cryote,
The only question you are equipped to answer,is "how come your thoughts about me,so greatly exceed the number of rounds you fire?". HINT.
PLEASE keep your CLUELESS Brokedick Professional Victim Hurt Feeler Reports coming,if only because it's funnier than fhuqk. Rest assured, your version of a "budget",ain't mine. Hint.
Pardon my simply shooting it all and then some,as you rattle pom-pom's on the sidelines of "Life". Hint.
Fhuqking LAUGHING!.............

James smokes everything cited. Shilen is SOFT and Douglas not much better,as barrel life goes in such things. Hint. Just sayin'............... I have to agree - even if it IS Twiggy.

I'm simply afforded the luxury,of not being forced to guess. Hint.
It's never been difficult to tell who actually shoots and who is simply talking out their ass and Dreaming aloud...if only to Window Lickers' perpetual chagrin. Hint.

You SURE as fhuqk, don't want her "thinking" for herself, let alone someone else. Hint.

Fhuqkneck,
I REALLY "believe" you! There's no "need" to quantify, that on top of being a CLUELESS Fhuqk, that you just also "happen" to be a Lying Piece Of Fhuqking Schit to boot. Hint.
Imitation is the MOST Sincere form of Flattery and you are sucking the wrong ass. Hint.

Stick, How's that lathe going that you purchased a few years back? How do you dial runout when indicating a barrel?

I believe that is a reference to James Bartlein. Call to check, but I don't think they offer anything lighter than a magnum weight sporter in stainless. As another posted, I believe Brux will, I know they used to. They do the 2b in stainless which isn't svelte but isn't uber huge either. For something like a .280 it should be about perfect IMHO. Have used it for several 7MM-08's and all shot great. I've got two Bartlein 2Bs on hunting rifles (.260Rem and 300WM), they're about the same dimensions as a Rem Mag Sporter, you can shed a little bit of weight by adjusting your "shank" length. My last project was a 24" 2B 3/4" shank on a trued 700 action in a Manners EH3, pictured with a VX6HD 3-18x50. Standard Bartlein is about $450, add about 250-300 for chambering and screwing on. I've got one of their .224 1:7.5 MODBB's on order now and it's $650, and an 8 month wait.

I don't have any Bart's smaller than a short shanked Montucky Dupe, which is miles shy of a 2B. Hint.

Just sayin'........... He didn’t want to contour for me when I rebarreled a Montana last year so went Lilja contour dupe. I can’t blame him though you will keep him much busier than I will. I have a Douglas Mickey Coleman put on a vanguard for me years ago. It’s a 22-250AI that won’t die. When it does I’ll rebarrel it and have it chambered for 22 creed this time around. Maybe go 1-14” to eke out all the velocity I can with 40gr ballistic tips….grin.
