What's that person behind him doing? Why didn't he jump in and help the disabled guy? He was fully on his feet at the 1:28 mark - probably finishing off his drink. I guess the cop could have given him a couple of seconds to obey his order but in that couple of seconds he could have cut the disabled guys throat. One less Democrat.
