I’m really happy with how these fillet knives turn out. I make them where they flex but have pushback so they will be good all around boning knives also. AEBL steel keeps a good toothy edge. I call this one a 6”. This handle material surprised me. It’s paper micarta and has nice patterning to it. Felt really nice in the hand.

I am fortunate I’ve made patterns since 2003 so I’ve tried a ton to dial in what I like and think will work. This one really came together nicely. Have a larger and smaller version also.

Beautiful fillet knife! So what do they sell for? I'd like to get an idea of price too. A little longer, 7.5"- 8" brown micarta scales.

Beautiful design. Looks very similar to mine but mine has a 7 1/2” blade. Using Nitro V on mine.
