Yes sir! Heck of a good guy stepping in to help. I am grateful for sure!

This is a “smoke and mirrors” “dog and pony show”! Are you so destitute that you need to rely on your “best good friend” for a few dollars? I certainly dont think so. It sure makes both of you look “right” though doesnt it? If you do actually let him take care of this for you, you are a pathetic POS on one hand, and admit guilt on the other! Someone who truly believes they are standing on moral high ground says “no, im in the right and there wont be another penny heading that way”. BUT, You know you shipped something without full disclosure and now you would like to be rescued by the internet frat boys. Sadly, i have absolutely not doubt it will happen. What a joke.
I have always admired gdubya for his taste in guns and his chronicles of camp life. I have to say though, you are wrong stepping in for the glory shot my “friend”.
Were your intentions true, it certainly should have been offered through PM!

Kinda like you are demonstrating here?

Can't see his post. Is he saying "I'm a chit bag who uses Jesus for profit and it's obvious"?

Yes sir I agree. My mistake.
In your defense, I'll say my eyesight is bad enough that I have bought guns in person with flaws that bad or worse I never noticed until much later in good sunlight.

Brother, I appreciate this. The older I get the longer my arms seem to need to be for me to be able to read things.🤣

lubbockdave , I have never done business with you ,Probably never met you at a gun show, but I saw you do the Honorable thing in giving a full refund , after giving a guy a better price . That goes a long way with me and I have done business with members here and they have all been Honorable sellers and buyers. I have seen people on other forums that will complain about a free lunch ! The world has enough problems without petty stuff between US Gun Owners.

In That regard Sir ,If YOU or Whoever ends up with the Gun , IF they would like , If they will REMOVE the lever and send it to me , I will restore it and reblue it FREE of Charge and ship it BACK on My dime. You Can PM me for my address and Phone Number to arrange it .
It's what I do as an Old semi-retired Master Gunsmith and I would rather Help someone since, to me its not about money , it is about keeping guns looking good and shooting even Better !

You are honestly acting like a complete ass hole here. Yea, you're an ass hole. Just take your money since it means more to you than your honor and [bleep] off these forums.

Did you consider that you’re doing your FFL business on this forum for FREE? So what it costs $50 to ship a gun back ? Hell, at least two people have posted they’d buy the gun for the same price off you that you paid

He wouldn't be able to manipulate the situation again and be believable. So he won't sell it to someone else.

That includes shipping again.
Not sure why that is so hard to understand.

You might want to check your math there Teeder

I will make a note just in case I need something restored.
Not talking for free but would be an absolute honor to do business with you. If you're ever coming thru east Tennessee holler n we'll feed you some great southern cooking! Rick

Not all true steveredd1, lest we forget, you and I did a very smooth trade deal on a 444 Marlin for your Ruger 77RSI and I bought the Marlin back from you a year later. It is still in my safe.

Sorry, we never did a deal on any rifle, more less 2 rifles
