I used Rem 9 1/2 primers back in the '70s. Moved away from them and switched to Fed 210s for a few years in the '80s. Been using CCI 200s for 40+ years, now.

Remington primers seem a little bit larger than CCI primers. Remington primers seem to work good when I have loose primer pockets with Hornady brass.

I’ve used them in the past and they worked perfectly fine. I’d use them without hesitation.

Interesting topic...

I found CCI primers to be more difficult to seat properly and Rem 9.5's to be much easier to use.
I run 7.5's in the smaller (.204-.223) cases, 9.5's in standard LR cases and Fed 215's in anything requiring them (most ball powders).... my $.02

Was good information decades ago but not necessarily still valid......
For example, Fed 200's have been pistol primers not rifle primers for many many years
No listing for the 9 1/2M, etc,etc.

Like ChrisF said Rem 7 1/2's were the primer most everyone used back in the 90's with Highpower Rifle
