Son (11) wants to go turkey hunting this year so I’m going to load up some 410 shells for him using BPI data. Load doesn’t call for buffer but it’s low enough pressure that I can add it and be fine.
Question is-do I even bother with buffer? Have you noticed an improvement or degradation? I have about 1/4lb TSS left so I dont want to waste some testing if someone else has already done it. Thanks.

You are good without buffer.

I’ve loaded some both with, and without. Didn’t notice much of a difference. I just followed the data I had. One load called for it, one didn’t.
