Fellow I shoot with gave me a Sheridan Silver Streak (133XXX) and a "box" of the Sheridan Projies. Wondering about the manufacture date and the material used to make the pump seal.
It did not shoot the company branded projies well with the suggested 8 pumps.
Ordered some "modern" wasp waist pellets and it performed better and better still with 10 pumps . . . A result of the pump seal deterioration?
Anyone with any useful information, I WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU, OR A LINK OF USE.

That book is available where, out of print, printed on unobtanium?

Good date info. That would put my C Series Silver Streak into the late 50's because it had the straight bolt handle that was later reworked with new seals and the curved bolt handle. I didn't much like that hold down safety, but I sure made it work as a scourge to the local blackbird population. My buddy had a Blue Streak that wore down to a pinkish finish in the high handling areas. I think that the Silver Streak cost like a dollar more than the Blue Streak and retailed for $27.95 in these parts. My Silver Streak finish didn't wear down at all. All I needed was a new can of pellets and I'd be gone. Great memories. I should really refurbish the seals in that old pellet gun.

Sqweeler, thanks for the info. I just learned my used Blue Streak was made in 1977.

I recently had the seals in my 60's Blue Streak re-done by Henry Ford in Myrtle Beach SC. It is the first gun I bought with my allowance money, so happy to be shooting it again after all these years. It stopped holding pressure about 10 years ago. Hard to believe how nice the walnut stock is compared to these days!

I bought my 5mm Blue Streak in about ‘67. Years later they introduced a 5mm handgun. They were on the market for a while but when it looked like they were going to be discontinued, I bought a 5mm pistol. Fun guns.
