Somehow I managed to lose my old Leatherman tool. A daily companion for probably the past 30 years. Poof............gone. Oh well. I went to Bass Pro today to buy a new multitool, and I wound up with a new Leatherman Rebar.
But while there, and already in a 'buy' mood, a Benchmade Shootout OTF auto nailed me. I just could not say no. I did have a $75 gift card, and Bass Pro took off another $60 since I had not used my membership M/C in months. Out the door for a good price and golly it's a humdinger!

Two great knives! I carry the Leatherman Rebar daily in my backpack. I really hope your lost Leatherman appears soon!

So today, while looking for another misplaced knife, I found that one and the old Leatherman in a box next to where they usually were kept. My son brought over my original ancient Leatherman also, ( which I gave him years ago), so now I have that as well as the new Rebar and the nifty Benchmade OTF. Nice. 😜
