Made this one from leftovers....leftover scrape of 1/8" cpm154 and some leftover faux blue line G-carta. I think it came out pretty good. Not sure yet what to do for a sheath.

That looks interesting. I'm thinking it might be useful in the fur shed.

I can't think of a single thing I'd use that for in a fur shed. Not much call for cutting boxes, opening mail, or sharpening carpenter pencils in there.....

Well it seems I just can't get a new knife and appreciate it for what it is...... So, I had to bubba-cize it to suit me better. The handle felt kinda 'boxy', and after giving it a look-see, I figgered I could easily improve the feel. Jeff had about an eighth inch radius on the scales, which left the bluelines down on the side and had a squared/boxy feel. So I chucked up a quarter inch roundover bit in the trim router and run it around the router on both sides. The lanyard hole was too close to the edge so it got into the radius. It worked perfect as the bearing just caught the steel all the way around. Done a little sanding and steel wool, cut a new lanyard and called 'er done. Then I used it to open the mail......
