Can you give us a full side view shot of that pretty girl? I think I'm putting together her little sister (7-08)!

Chilean Mauser,
military 19" barrel. ( might be brazilian) I had the steps machine to wedding bands.
very old Great American stock (I reshaped it quite a bit).
Wisner 3 position.
Pachy pad.

Very interesting treatment on the fore end. Purposeful or aesthetic?

That's a pretty girl!

My girl has a 20" replacement barrel, I'm guessing from a 2000's nip and tuck.

I have almost the same American Stock Company stock with a snable, in American Black Walnut. I still have to finish the action fitting. I like how the sides plates are blended on your stock. Been trying to decide if I do that or if I only did a slight modification to them.

Your metal is much nicer than my working copy is

OP, your Chilean 7x57 looks very nice, Very nice. I also have 1895 Chileano 7x57 that I had semi custom built. Wonderful rifles/shooters.
Bishop stock, Timney trigger, Pach pad and a couple other small things done. For some reason, just cannot upload a pic on this site.
Your rifle is a beauty. Enjoy.

Turned out nice, but I still think your peanut tip is butt ugly.

Isn't the concept of that style tip is that it was more secure when using shooting sticks?

Interesting point but I would think to rest on shooting sticks a bit further back.
