Golfswithwolves Campfire Member G Joined: Nov 2005 Posts: 215	The #1 supports rimmed cartridges and these are traditional for single-shot rifles (although rimless work just fine in the Rugers too}. So I have a rimmed chambering in my #1, and it is the .450/400. If I ran across another one in .30-30, .30-40, or .303 I think these would be tempting!

Lots of looks in deer camp but a friend tore up his deer much, much more with a 30-06. My next one may well be a 300 Savage. Paluh I don't find the 405 a burden to carry and as yours is very accurate.
