Here's my setup. I shortened the NRA bench to fit in our spare bedroom and then made my own top to hold my monitor. Added a wireless mouse and keyboard and it's about the perfect setup in my opinion. I use C-clamps to hold everything on which allows for a ton of flexibility.

Here's mine that a friends and myself built a few years ago.

Only pic I have available. The bench continues around the next wall that contains the trimming and powder measures and ect. Shelves beneath the bench contains numerous canisters of powders. The far end of the bench is a framed picture of my wife and I. My wife put that on the bench so I don't forget about her. She thinks I spend too much time in the basement.

I used solid core doors (1 3/8", wish I had used 1 3/4"), birch for the bench



It's in a workroom attached to my detached garage (doghouse)

The wife can enter with my permission but no comments on the mess are tolerated!

Have no pics but do have some advice. Make the bench as big as your wife will let you get away with! You won't regret it.

This used to be my setup. It was in our "working kitchen" which used to be the kitchen of our sandwich shop. Mrs. Aqualung makes candy in the area or bakes cookies or is otherwise working in the area. We had to coordinate our activities for me to do some loading.



Then, as her operations got more extensive, we finally decided to move my reloading operation upstairs into our library/office.

I scrounged some spare cubicle components from work.

Here are some photos of the construction:


The bench is screwed to the nailer using L-brackets on top and bottom of the countertop. The upper cabinet holds dies and powder.

Drawer cabinets underneath to store tools, etc.


Finished bench in operation, loading up some ammo for this past hunting season.


Total cost of bench was about $5.00 for brackets and screws. All other components scrounged...there are some perks to being a Facilities Manager.

Here mine built out of recycle office furnature with the top reinforced with 2"x4" planks..



Its 65" x 24" x 36" tall

Pic was taken just after it was built and it not nearly so neat now!

I have vague plans to add cabinets and shelves on the wall above it but don't need the space as yet..

This is the "clean" bench with nothing but the vise mounted


There's three slots like this in the bench to enable mounting of accessories, presses, etc.


This is the bench in operation with Forster Coax mounted. The other presses sit in perches below at the adjacent bench to the left.


This shows more detail of the slots and mounting "sandwiches" on a Rock Chucker.

Shell holders, bushings, measuring tools and Stoney Point.


Storage for the regularly and commonly used dies. Unused ones stay in there boxes here and elsewhere.


Since the original pictures were taken I've added a mini lathe which is extremely useful for brass prep and other loading activities, just mount primer pocket uniformers, flash hole reamers, etc. and go through a batch of brass quickly. Beats the RCBS prep center for just a few bucks more.

The pistol reloading bench is to the left of these pictures where the Dillon XL650 is mounted along with all its accessories, powders, primers etc.

My thoughts exactly. And if the stuff ever hits the fan here in the U.S. I'm heading to Shrapnel's place.

Here's mine, it's solid 100% Australian hardwood, Tassie Oak, the benchtop is over 2" thick, the legs are 4"x4" and the frame is 4"x2". The shelving is also solid 1" thick Tassie Oak. The working area is narrow, so that it doesn't get cluttered with 'add-ons'.
