I recommend that you go to each of the forums where he has recently posted. Register there and then post in each of his for sale threads a post that reads something similar to that which follows:
"b00mer, I've been trying to contact you via e-mail and via the thread in which you and I agreed to a trade. I immediately sent my item; but, it has been __ days and I haven't heard from you. Please either respond to my e-mails or in this thread so I know when I can expect my item or whether you have no intention of completing your end of the deal. Thank you and have a nice day."
You shouldn't have to do so; but, if you're willing to follow this chucklehead all over the internet he may get the point.

I'm wondering if this is the same "boomer" who never sent me the .22 Cheetah barrel I bought from him several years ago. At the time his story was that he mailed the barrel but came home one day to find the box he had sent the barrel in on his porch without the barrel in it. He agreed to return my money but never did.Scumbag for sure! Mike

Mail fraud is punishable by serious fines and time in the Federal can. I say call the Postal Service as well as the Sheriff and screw this thieving baaaaastid to the floor boards. There is no place in this world for a thief...at least not in my world!

He's the same Fellow.He's Got a NC. address. I also work a trade with him, earlier This year when he was living in Ga. and he wouldn't Come through On his end of the deal.I had his address. And told him I was coming to get my Shizt. It showed Up in a few Days. He always Spells B00mer with 0.

I'm new here and have been working on a few deals through the classifieds, but would agree that some sort of itrader feedback system would be good. I'm on a few other forums that are not firearm related and we either have reputation feedback similar to ebay in a way and another computer forum I'm on has what's referred to as itrader that shows underneath your user name. Would be nice to just have that extra bit of assurance when your talking hundreds if not thousands of dollars.
