If that is the "angle-lok" ring I fear you will find it unsatisfactory. I tried them on other rifles and they didn't hold up very well. Even the steel CZ rings are preferable to me.

Yes I do SoTexasH, you can see the front sight in the lower center of the scope eyepiece, but I don't find it distracting and it blocks very little of the view. I have an NECG Masterpiece adjustable rear sight and a CZ Hi-ViS front sight on mine.

Chuck

I think I have a regular one inch scope.. Vortex 2-7 x 32.. I have been thinking of the Warne CZ 550 19mm 1" medium quick Detach rings. They are $66 (Plus shipping) at Midsouth Shooters. Was only trying to figure out whether medium or high configuration would clear the sight picture with the iron sights on the barrel. The Tallys look good too but seem to be about $50 more. Some have mentioned Leupold but haven't really seen them for this model.

I have a 1.5-4.5x scope on my CZ with the Talley rings, and when it is at 3x the front sight post is barely visible. If you shoot alot at lower magnification it may bother you, but if you are above 3x it wont be a concern. The sights aren't always in the field of vision no matter what the magnification is. Its hard to decide on what to get when you don't have it all in front of you to compare.

I mounted the Millet rings on my CZ550, 9,3x62, and they are
darn near impossible to keep tight! Even checking as often as
I did, they still flew off the rifle during a shooting session
of 286-gr TSX bullets. Anyone who owns a 9,3 KNOWS the recoil is
nothing like a 375 H&H.

Anyway, I've since ordered some Burris CZ550 rings and they
snug up nice and tight. The down side was when I was removing
the Millet rings, I'd tightened them so much I destroyed my scope.

My new scope should be here towards the end of this week so I
can finally finish up my load development and chronographing.
Only have one more bullet to work with: Barnes 250-gr TSX.

So far though, the 286-gr TSX is very accurate, easily get
2330 fps MV(five shot aggregate), which is sufficient for my purposes.

I'm in a crunch for time at this point, but I may have CZs
scope "bases" milled off, and have the reciever drilled & tapped
for a better quality of base at a later date.
