Great book and now HBO is making a mini series. I hope they don't mess it up.

Thanks for the heads up on the book. I've read "One Bullet Away" and liked it much, did not know about "Generation Kill" which covers the exact same unit. Don't have HBO but I can see a very long weekend in front of the TV when this comes out on DVD.

I read it a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. Its what got me interested in reading military history non fiction...

Last night the HBO mini series started. I'm working so I'll have to catch it OnDemand. Looks good, can't wait.

I don't have cable but I saw it while staying in a hotel last week. I thought it was excellent.

It is growing on me after seeing part two. I'm hooked now and am waiting for part three.

Was at the video rental store and saw that this came out on DVD. Rented the whole set and watched it pretty much straight through over the weekend.
Definitely worth the wait.

I haven't read it, because I don't like to read,I like to watch DVD,these days,I am watching Two and a half men DVD Boxset .It's very good.
