Hasn't been terribly finicky about what reloads you feed it. It does prefer some over others, but what gun don't? If you're looking for a nostaliq lever gun in a long forgotten cartridge then the 95 in 405 is your gun. the most expensive bullet there is isn't worth a plug nickel if it don't go where its supposed to. www.historicshooting.com
