A friend gave me a set of Crimson Trace grips for a 1911 but did not have the allen wrench for adjustment. Does anyone here happen to know what size wrench it takes?

From the CT catalog: Dual adjustment screws using either 0.028" or 0.05" Allen wrench, depending on the model.

If you call CT they'll flip you the wrench you need.

several years ago i picked up a B-square gunsmith's scewdriver set very reasonably at one of the old galyans stores... it has every size of every style tip that i have needed for minor home smithing projects since... incredibly handy and well worth the price that i paid... $30 iirc....

Thanks. I think I have one that small. I am away from my toys at the moment and am looking forward to installing it and getting it sighted in.

Small enough you'll only drop it once.
