Just got my Accurrate Innovations Golden Hunter Stock. It's a great deal for the money. It has the accuracy and weather resistance of a composite stock with the beauty of walnut. The walnut has great figure and a fantastic hand rubbed finish. The laser checkering is perfect. It also comes with a 1" Decelerator pad. My 1999 Montana Rifleman 270 WSM barreled action was a perfect fit to the fully bedded aluminum chassis. The stock is not too heavy, but just about the right weight for my #3 contour barrel. I'll be ordering one soon for my 300 WSM. [color:"black"] [/color]

What was the cost for the stock? Did you have to bed the action? I couldn't tell from your post if the stock was wood or synthetic or laminated. More information please and thanks.
