Right on Fred!

Hey, if you're so inclined(and not busy working) Dober and I are gonna meet up out at Logan tomorrow around noon. It would be good to meet you.

And Dober even said he was buying steak dinners for us down the road at the Oasis!

(grin)

The Oasis is my FAVORITE steakhouse...

But tell Dober to order me the Prime Rib...I'll be there on time...

We're all about 'style'....(laughin'!)

Snabbed a 6 pack of Redhook ESB on the way home today. That combined with the remnants of a little Beam make pretty good antifreeze!

You guys must have sent that weather over here. We're getting dumped on big time right now. 6-8 inches by morning, then mean cold air behind it. Burn the tops of yer ears cold...

We haven't had much snow in the last week but it has been a cold start for early December. This big chill is about a month early.

Kinda what I thought on that Remington 7 Predator..I ordered one because the catalog AND their website had them listed as a 1 in 9 twist...
Lo and behold, by the time it arrived they had changed their data to 1 in 12, and sure enough, thats what the gun has....
As it was bought primarily as a spare varmint rifle ( to shoot while #1 .223 is cooling) and most bullets going through it will be 50-55 gr...I kept it...
I see now, two years later, the trend by most manufacturers is going 1 in 9....finally...

I have a ss/syn 30-06 and I won't tell you how it shoots at 200 yds. You wouldn't believe me.
