They start with a customer's 10 �" SBH or .454 Casull: Cut and Crown Barrel to 8 3/8", Mag-Na-Port Process, Action Job, Inverted Muzzle Crown, SSK Three-Ring Mount and Base, Velvet Hone Finish, Polished Hammer and Trigger, Sling, Swivels and Studs.<P>"The Predator" starts out as a customer's 7 1/2" SBH. The conversion includes shortening the barrel to 4 5/8"; Inverted Muzzle Crown; the famous Mag-Na-Port Process; C-More Sights; Action Job; Velvet Hone Finish, Omega White-Outline Rear Sight; Polished Hammer, Trigger, Ejector Rod and Center Pin.<P>I thought I was going to have the opportunity to pick up a used Predator but the owner changed his mind about selling so I ordered a new SBH yesterday. It may be in as early as today. Will take it to Mag-Na-Port next week for the Predator conversion. They told me earlier this week that their web site shows old prices (don't remember specifically but think the conversion is now $470) and they may be increasing prices again in a month. Don't think that was their way of trying to accelerate my decision making process but you never know. Going to have them jewel the hammer and trigger but will pass on the pin stripes.
