I've just looked close at those knobes...
Almost pulled out my credit card, but after the guy installed it in front of me on Leupold scope , and after I inspected it very caryfully, It'd hit me! - I'm going to loose my "waterproof/fogproof" options! They're very well made, but there's a "O-rings" on original Leupold covers, and Stoney Points comes without it, and any humidity have the open way to reticles adjustment gear...
THe Leupold VXIII are waterproof without the caps. I have several of the SP knobs and love them. They are a lower profile than the factory target knobs and work well.

The main problem with the SP knobs is the fact that there is no way to know which revolution you are on. They don't move up and down with witness marks like the factory knobs. Nothing like being a full revolution out of zero... Send your scope(leupold only) to Premier Reticles-- they will install factory target knobs on your scope for about $35 for one elevation knob or $67 for both windage and elevation. Best of all- your warranty is still good, just like it came from the factory. Good Luck...CJ

I got some and think they're junk!
I fiddled and fiddled with them and they either skipped out of the track or they locked up.
It's a real bad feeling when you know they're not working and now you wonder exactly what your scope is now set on.. I imagined myself on a nice hunt many states away from home and having this happen in the field. I didn't throw em in the garbage but they are sitting in a storage box collecting dust.
