I'd love to see folks pictures of sectioned bullets with details of the bullet make, weight, etc.

You may not want this type of sectioned bullet pic. 7mm scirroco ll. I sectioned one at random and found a void. Von Gruff.

Ugly but interesting.
I wonder what is the statistical occurence of significant voids in the lead of bullets ?
Is it too ambitious or too naive to look for an honest politician? Or simply a useful one?

You got lucky. You sectioned the only one in that box that you didn't want to shoot.

That void is rather large, so it may have been there in manufacture. However, I have seen voids in many bullets which I've sectioned, including the typically accurate Nosler BT. I have also noticed however, that sometimes the core is re-solidifying after I face off the surface and that I have created voids by my method of sectioned them.
FWIW, and this is not a suggestion so do as you wish, but I often drill an appropriately smaller hole in a 2 x 4 for the bullet I plan to section, so that it fits snugly when it is pressed in. Then I carefully, (sometimes), cut it nearly in half with a good blade on a table saw. One can then use a stationary sander to slowly sand the bullet as far as desired. As I suggested earlier however, getting too aggressive may mean you'll melt any lead the bullet may contain.
Sometimes, the air you 'let in'matters less than the air you 'let out'.

I have done a couple on belt sanders and had voids just like that one. Was this done on a belt sander?

That's great guys...
By chance, anyone got any 338 partitions sectioned?
Possibly a 210 vs a 225?

I have a few to share.. 8mm 180 grain Nosler Ballistic Tip with a .308 150 grain Ballistic Tip Now that there is very interesting to see! I have wondered about that 8mm 180-gn for my .325's; from the pic there it looks like it's got a very thick jacket compared to the 150-gn .30 cal next to it. Hmmmm! Thinkin' you just sold a box of those 180's for Nosler <grin>...

Seeing that Norma Oryx I can attest that it does pancake even when shot from a 6.5x55se. On deer, the 156 gr. Norma Oryx is a hammer but it pancakes pretty easily.

That 30-30 Ballistic Tip looks mighty good as well. That ought to hold together no matter what. Anyone used it at higher speeds?
