Here is mine. Used an old air compressor tank for the smoking chamber.

Ak, do you remember where you got the plans? Is the Bradley smoke generator you plan to use the same as the one they use in their smokers, the one that feeds the little sawdust hockey pucks onto a hot plate?

smokepole, shoot me a pm with your e-mail addy and i'll send you the plans. Yes, I am going to get that same smoke generator, i've read a lot about smoking the past couple of months and once I get all this stuff installed my smoked meats/fish will only get better.

Thanks, I'll send a PM. I've got the bradley smoker, but I'd like a bigger unit and don't want to spend the $$ on another bradley (it was a gift). FWIW, I really like the automatic feed on the bradley, you can load it up with pucks and go do other stuff all day but mine's gone haywire after 3-4 years of pretty good use, it constantly feeds pucks instead of on a timer so you have to feed them in one at a time.
Are you going to install a separate heating element? Mine has one that's adjustable with a thermometer, it's easy to control temps.

Yes, I'm going to install an electric heating element which will be controlled by a PID to help maintain temperature in my smoker. The smoke generator will be used just for applying the smoke without the added heat I get from my current setup.
That's ok, I'll ass shoot a dink.
