Just curious, Just started using this product last year. Worked ok for me on a couple whitetails. Had been suing the Fed. Premium 165gr. Noslers in the past. But with being "under employed" and all found the fusions to be about $12.00 cheaper. So what have others seen for results with this round?

Accurate as hell in my 06.
I just killed a buck with a FF 140's out of a .280 Rem and it was pretty good. Lots of entry wound damage, lots of meat damage. Bullet followed 12-18" of spine and lodged in the hide on the oposite side neck. Entry was high on the shoulder.

They shoot very well in my 7mm Remington Mag. They have performed well on the local White Tails too

While I haven't tried them, I've heard a lot of good reports on the Fusion loads. I wasn't even aware they loaded a 165 gr. in '06. I will give them a try. My pet load has always been the Federal Premiums in the 165 gr. BTSP, but I'm always game to try something new.

My girlfriend and I have shot a truckload of 130gr 270 Fusions out of our Ruger Hawkeyes and have had great luck with them. Between the two of us, there has been only one shot that wasnt a pass through. That buck was shot straight on in the middle of his chest and Im guessing the bullet stopped in his stomach or something. They are super accurate in our guns and very reasonably priced. My little sister also shoots 120gr and 140gr Fusions out of her 7mm-08

Great rounds for the price and seem to be easy to find. Haven't had the opportunity to use it on any game but great on paper so far.

Ya my results last year were pretty much the same as above. One deer died of a head shot, another, head down looking at me with a shot to the base of the neck. Both dropped like a ton of bricks, just the way I like it, no tracking!! So only two shots on deer, and shots that usually are effective. Was just curious of others results. Oh ya, and my Rem. 760 seems to really like 165 bullets. The Fed premiums and the fusions are crazy accurate. Bob

Same boy used the same rifle with the same 165 fusions to bangflop a mature cow elk last fall.
I use em to. Makes stuff dead without breaking the bank.

I have shot a bunch of them in the 180 gr. version. Very accurate, good price and effective on the deer I have used them on. I think the heavier ones would even work for elk.

Never shot a deer with the Fusion, but I did take 2 caribou with 165 Fusions out of a 300 WSM. Both were about 300 yard shots. Both chest shots and both exited. Was in a bit of a hurry that day so I did not do my usual autopsy, but remember that they performed quite acceptably.
