i have a browning bar safari grade and hate the trigger creep. can the creep be taken out the pull is fine? i really like this rifle but never hunted with it myself. it is pretty accurate for a semi under an inch with hornadys. i just think about the creep every time i go get one out to go hunting and bypass it everytime.

Yes, the BAR trigger pull can be improved, but only to a degree. Unlike a bolt action trigger, the semi-auto utilizes a disconnector system that is the ultimate limiting factor on how far you can go. If taken too far, the hammer and trigger will fail to reconnect and you will have yourself some problems.

The creep is part of the pull.

so i cant really do anything with it then. i was hoping you could just get the creep out of it the pull is good. my 7400 trigger felt so much better. i might take it by and have the gunsmith have a whack at it anyway.

That is not what I said. "Yes I can take the creep out", but the amount may be limited based on your particular rifles disconnector.

i apologize for sounding rude. i was just a little disappointed. i was misunderstanding what you said. its just such a good shooting rifle to be setting in the corner. i have a gunsmith in town and just dont know if he can or will attempt to work on it.
