The once again governor, formerly involved with another singer, Linda Rondstadt, was reminiscing about the '60's with the iconic folk and protest singer in the elaborate tree house he intends to live in and govern from, when he takes office in January. According to passer's by during a hollywood home tour of eccentric California celebrities, the custom 800 square foot redwood tree house located in a leaf canape 40' above the ground, was the source of a strange aromatic cloud and an endless loop of protest songs, including Jimmy Hendrix's Purple Haze! Tourists were shocked, when shortly after the tune "Happy Days are Here Again," a Nude Ms. Baez was seen to be trying to escape down a rope ladder when she lost her footing and plummeted headfirst to the ground, luckily landing in a mulch pile of fermenting vegetables. First responders said Ms. Baez appeared to be 'dazed & confused' but was able to move her extremities and was more concerned about being seen naked by passerby's especially at her age. Attempts to reach the governor were unsuccessful as he retrieved the rope ladder and there was no way to immediately access him for comment over the incident. I'm curious about the size and composition of that leaf appetizer that can hold an 800 square-foot structure. Sounds like it could feed a heck of a cocktail party.

Hey, lighten up on old Joan - she had the tree house built so she could sleep with the birdies chirping. Must sleep in the daytime, because I live down the hill a-ways, and I don't hear birdies chirping at night. Of course I remove my hearing aids before bed.
The real story is that Jerry Garcia's ghost pushed her.

WTF is wrong with CA? Jerry Brown is a better supporter of gun rights than Meg Whitman, so many 2nd Amendment folks voted for him. Of course he'll bankrupt the already bankrupt state, so all the gun nuts will move to Oregon, Nevada and Arizona anyway. It's the medical marijuana vendors, dopers, public employee unions and Latino voters that voted the Democrats in, so we're screwed. Wait until amnesty - then your state will be screwed too!
