To remove the rear sight from a Savage 99 EG which way does it come out?
Towards the counter side of the receiver or the ejection side??

I've always oriented right and left while sitting in the drivers seat, or with the gun shouldered. Of course there is the dyslexic approach, Ever hear the name "Wrong Way Corrigan"

Seen this on the forum about 3 times. The "righty tighty" thing confused me and I had to ask again last week. I like the counter vs. ejection orientation....eject=out.
