Has anyone here used 9.3x62 PVI Partizan 286gr on Elk or other 350 pound to 1000 pound big game?
How did it perform for you?
Would you trust it to get to the heart and lungs on a difficult rear quartering shot?

I've tested the bullet in wet phonebooks only and was very impressed with the results. Ordered 500 more bullets and would think it would do as well as anything with a hard quartering shot.

I've shot the 165BTSP 30 caliber bullets, and they shot well. I use them as a less expensive bullet for practice and save my SST for hunting.
I don't drink or Smoke. I spend my money on gunpowder and gasoline.

I used a 286 grn Privi bullet to bag a 20 1/2" Black Bear. Dropped him in his tracks. Shot was 30 yards bullet held together well, and pass through. Buckfever1
