I know it's a long shot but I thought I'd try this here for awhile. If it is out of line I'll remove it. Great hunting and fishing getaway. This is my trailer but I'm just not using it as much as I would like. PM for more pictures and a phone number if you're interested. Thanks

Here's your spring, summer, and fall get away! Located in the Cactus Hills Park just north of Otter Creek on gorgeous Lake McConaughy. This 12x60, 2 bedroom, 1 bath, mobile home has been recently renovated with new exterior paint and shutters, new carpet and vinyl flooring, new sub-flooring, new windows in the kitchen and living room, new hot water heater, and a new roof coating two years ago. It has two window air conditioners but one was removed during the new window installation but is included with the sale. This mobile home is ready go and includes all furnishings, dishes, and appliances. From the deck you have a view of the lake so you can sit back and watch the beautiful Nebraska sunsets. The waterfowl, upland game, turkey and deer hunting is spectacular in this area and you'll have access to thousands of acres of public ground. Bring your boat to fish and ski during the summer; there is plenty of room to park boats as well as extra vehicles. Lot rent is $800 annually and has already been paid for 2011.
Asking price is $9,750.

The heater, hot water heater, and stove are propane. The rest is electric. To be honest I've never run the heater.

Would love it, but between work and the kids I'd hardly ever get out there to enjoy it. And McConaughy is full again, too. Dang..

Thanks for bumps. I like to see fellow Huskers on the fire. This would make somebody a nice getaway. Willing to trade for long guns and cash.
