i just loaded up some 210 grain jacketed bullets with 17.5grains of 2400 and have the same experience.

In my old Model 57 (5") with 215 cast, R-P cases and 150 primers:
9.0gn SR4756 - 980fps
18.0gn 2400 - 1360fps

Both have proven very accurate and trouble free.
The SR4756 load shoots 1" lower at 25 yards.

I just got done done shooting some 9 gr. Longshot loads with the 220 gr. Arsenal boolit, powder coated and CCI350 primers in Starline cases. Nice, easy shooting load with a satisfying Boom! M57 6" barrel. Top notch accuracy at 20 yds-will have to bring the chrono next time..
8 gr. Unique was good but 15.5 gr. 2400 was better. All else (gun, boolit, primers were same). Arsenal mold looks to be same as NOE mold of same weight, going by pictures alone. Heavy roll crimp, sized .410". Shot some unsized, .4115-.412" but couldn't tell the difference.

Good to know about the HS6/540 as have some of that I can trade for if it works out.

Fun to have a new gun to play with that gives such good results.

Interesting old thread to resurrect. A few names we no longer see here.
