Photos of Alpha Arms Alaskan, .338-284, with Conquest in Warne QD rings. Not a .338-06, but pretty close. DF

Nice! I appreciate the support and recipes...truly overwhelming. I will do my best to solve this thing. Regards, Rick.
John Deere tractors and Sako rifles.....doesn't get any better.

185 TTSX and 58 grains of TAC is running right at 2920. Shoots very well. 54 grains IMR4064 with a 215 Sierra and 62 grains RL17 with a 225 Hornady Interlock also shoot well for me. Vanilla 338-06 or AI'd? The best load for me is the same as TBurroughs 62 Big Game and 210 TSX. Mine is a 24 in barrel and clocks right at 2800fps. . . . .
Same question - vanilla or AI'd?
I never thought I'd grow up to be a grumpy old man, but I did, and I'm killin' it.
