Hello to all, I received my Scope Shield scope cover today. I really like this item, works great.

I put this on my Kimber 84M, 308 Win. It has a Leupold 2.5-8x36 on it. This cover comes flying off out of the way with ease. Goes back on just as easy. With the keeper on the end of your scope cover, it will not fall to the ground or get lost in the heat of the moment.

I have tried the similar type of covers as well, the flip-up covers and the Aluma. I find this cover works the best so far. I have messed with this thing on and off today. It has always come off the scope when I wanted it to, with no hick-ups.

The fit on the scope is nice, looks to keep the harsh weather out and unwanted dust.

This will not be my last scope cover from this company.

The sizing rythm works like this: Round tube length to whole inch, then subtract an inch for stretch.

So 11.4" rounds to 11. Take an inch off to make 'er snug, and you should have a 10" cover which is our SS10.

The joy is that ScopeShields are very forgiving in fit, and you will find often that a single cover will fit a number of your scopes interchangeably.

And we thank you AK and all of the campfire members who have so enthusiastically embraced these remarkable scope covers.

This forum is a phenomenal resource of expertise, and the indescribable base of knowledge and experience among the members has been a godsend for me personally as I have inquired of the members on many subjects.

Additionally, the vibrant dynamic created by Ric Bin has produced a very highly productive place of sponsorship for ScopeShield Alaska. We look forward to continuing sponsorship in 2012!
