Wilson had been providing the barrels to Cooper, and when Dan Cooper(the owner and founder) self-destructed, Wilson bought them out.In my opinion, Wilson is a far better manager than Dan who could screw up an orgasm, and he was also a world class jerk but had some ability as a creative genius. And I love my Cooper rifles. Steve
