My wife also cubes it, browns it,and cooks it with rice. People who have never eaten ask for seconds. It has slight fish taste,if you have ever eaten raw fresh shrimp it's sort of that taste. Seal is very rich,like roast coon,it can wreck havoc with you until you get use to it. I don't care for braided seal gut like mom in law used to make nor seal liver.
